We had to be at the hospital at 530 AM last Monday for the 730 C-section. They had me prepped and ready by 6....so we had a lot of waiting to do. Just as they were about ready to take me to the operating room, the lab called and I had an antibody in my blood. So we had to wait an extra half hour while they ran some more tests. It turns out that Emma has the little C antigen in her blood and I created antibodies against it. It wasn't dangerous for this pregnancy, but if I were to get pregnant again, it could be very high risk. Here is a picture right before you left for the hospital. Here are some pictures of us waiting.
