Basement remodel

Adam is working on finishing our basement. We are very excited to get it done so we can use the extra space as a family room and playroom for Evan. He started working over Christmas break and this is the progress so far. Here is when he and his dad first started framing:

The electric is in and framing is finished:

Insulation is in to make it warmer and banister down:
