Young's Dairy

Last Monday my friend Erin and I took Evan to Young's Dairy. Evan had a lot of fun looking at the cows, goats and chickens. He kept mooing every time he saw a cow. He also liked playing in the corn box and riding on the mini tractors. He LOVED his vanilla ice cream cone.

Spaghetti Face

Evan finally likes spaghetti! And he likes to feed it to himself. I have a very similar picture of me at about his same age.

Popscicle

Evan had his first popscicle. He loved it! I thought I was going to have to hold it for him and let him lick it, but he was able to do it all by himself. He ate the whole thing and was a sticky mess!

Pool!

It is my first week at home alone with Evan. Monday we played outside with some of the neighbors. Today we went to the Hilliard Y pool with Kim and Caden. Evan was a little unsure of the kiddie pool he could walk around in, but he had fun sitting on the side and jumping into the big pool.

Mowing the Grass

Evan was really interested the last time Adam mowed the grass. He followed him up and down the lawn and around the house. Adam picked him up for a little bit and then Evan kept following him around signing more. We are going to have to get him his own little mower to play with!

Megan's Graduation Party

We went to Pittsburg last weekend for my cousin Megan's graduation party. She recently graduated from the University of Delaware and just got a teaching job in South Carolina. Evan had a lot of fun playing at the party and seeing all of his cousins.

Sprinkler

Evan played in the sprinkler for the first time last week. He loved running through it with me. He laughed and laughed and squealed. He also got brave and went in the water by himself.
